Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details from sign-in: your name and email address.
• The job title, years of experience and company you enter to tailor feedback.
• Your written answers, the transcripts of your recordings, and their evaluations, so you can come back to them.
• Basic usage data: pages visited, counts of saves and evaluations, and approximate country, plus the site or link that first brought you here.
• Your answers to the optional question under your first scorecard, and your email only if you offer to take a call.

Audio recordings are sent for transcription when you ask for an evaluation. We don't keep the audio on our servers; your browser may keep your latest take on your device until you replace it.

Who processes it

• ClerkSign-in and account management (your name and email).
• SupabaseStores your profile, written answers, transcripts and evaluations.
• OpenAITranscribes your recordings and generates refined answers and evaluations. Recordings are sent for transcription and are not stored by InterviewGPT.
• VercelHosts the app, and provides privacy-friendly page analytics and approximate country for pricing.
• SentryError reports when something breaks: the page, browser and error details, without your answers, cookies or IP address.
• Google AnalyticsAggregate usage statistics, such as which pages are visited and which link brought you here. It sets cookies, so it does not load for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland.
• RazorpayPayment processing, if and when you buy a plan. Card details go to Razorpay, never to us.

We don't sell your data or use your answers for advertising.

Your choices

Signed in, open Your data from the account menu to download everything stored about you or delete your account on the spot. Signing out also clears the drafts and recordings kept in your browser. You can also ask us to export or delete your data by emailing ryzingstarlabs@gmail.com from the address you signed in with. We act on requests within 30 days.
