Shipping and delivery policy
Nothing is shipped
InterviewGPT is an online app. Pro is a digital pass, so there are no physical goods, shipping charges or delivery addresses.
Delivery
Pro unlocks on the account you are signed in with as soon as your payment succeeds, usually within a minute. You will see Pro on your account and can start using it straight away.
If access doesn't unlock
If your payment went through but Pro has not unlocked within 30 minutes, email us with the payment ID and we will unlock it or refund you.
Exchanges
Because Pro is a digital pass, there is nothing to exchange. If you bought the wrong plan, email us within 7 days and we will switch it or refund you under our refund policy.
