Personal interview questions
Personal questions open most interviews and decide the panel's first impression: tell me about yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, why you want this job and where you want to go next.
They sound easy, which is why so many answers fall flat. A strong answer is short (about two minutes), honest, and backed by one or two concrete examples rather than adjectives. The best ones end by connecting back to the role you are interviewing for.
Every answer below follows the STAR method.

- Self-awareness: what you know about how you work and how you are growing.
